Step 1: Check and Reseat the Battery
- Remove the battery from the drone.
- Reinsert it firmly until you feel and hear it click into place.
- Once inserted, press down gently over the battery's connectors to ensure it’s seated securely.
- Run your fingers around the edge where the battery meets the drone’s body to check that it sits perfectly flush.

Step 2: Check for a Firmware Update
Sometimes, an outdated battery firmware can trigger this message:
- Power on the drone and connect your phone to the controller.
- Open the Aeroo Fly app.

- If a firmware update is available, follow the prompts to install it while connected to Wi-Fi.
