We’re just as thrilled as you are to see your new drone take flight - starting with its very first journey: a safe delivery to you!

Drone orders are usually delivered in 1-4 business days. They are dispatched from our Warehouse in Gardena, CA.

Extra AI Flight Batteries are also stocked at our California warehouse.

Other accessories will ship from our Australian Warehouse. This will be shown at checkout and we have low cost, express options to ensure you receive everything asap.

Shipping time frame estimates are quoted at checkout.

We use Fedex for most of our deliveries.
Every Aeroo drone is carefully packed inside it's case, product box and shipping box to handle some turbulence along the way.
Due to current delivery restrictions, unless otherwise specified, all parcels are sent with "Authority to Leave".
All packages are insured by us free of charge, we will reimburse you in the unlikely event of any product loss or damage while in transit until the product is marked as delivered by the courier.

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days unless on pre-order. Shipping time varies by location and estimates are quoted at checkout.

Our items are often on pre-order, so please always refer to the estimated date quoted at checkout and on the product page, for the estimated date you will receive your order.

We work with several couriers to offer you the most efficient shipping service possible.

Shipping terms are DDP, meaning if any items came from overseas, you will not incur any import duties.

As soon as your package is dispatched, we will provide you with tracking details via email. From this, you can follow a link to track your parcel online. *Please note that there is often a delay in tracking updates.

All shipping time frames are estimates and are not guaranteed, please contact us if you have not received your product within 10 business days of dispatching your order.

If you have ordered multiple items, they will usually be packaged together. If your order needs to be shipped from multiple warehouses, you will be advised of estimated delivery times for each part of your order. Drone shipments are prioritized and if you have ordered drones and accessories and your order has to be split, you will most likely receive the drone first.

We insure all packages until they reach you safely, Aeroo is not responsible for stolen goods after your order is delivered.
