If you press the button on your AI Flight Battery and no lights appear, it means the battery isn't supplying any power. Don't worry â this can often be fixed with a few simple steps.
Â
Step 1: Charge the Battery
- Connect the battery to the official Aeroo Charger.
- Leave it charging for at least 10â15 minutes, even if no lights appear straight away.
- After waiting, press the battery button again to check for lights.Â
If the battery has been left unused for a while, it may have entered "deep storage mode" and just needs extra time to reactivate.
Â
Step 2: Check Your Charger and Cable
- Make sure the charger is plugged into a working power outlet.
- If using a USB-C cable, check that itâs firmly connected at both ends.Â
- If using the car charger, make sure your car's battery is supplying power.
Â
Step 3. Check Battery Temperature
Batteries operate best within a specific temperature range:
- If the battery feels cold:Â Warm it up gradually to room temperature before use.
- If the battery feels too warm for charging:Â Let it cool before powering on the drone.
Â
Step 4: Inspect the Battery Contacts
- Look at the gold contacts on the battery and charger.
- Gently wipe them with a dry, lint-free cloth to ensure a clean connection.
(Avoid using any liquids or sprays.)
Â
Step 5: Try a Different Charger or Battery (If You Have One)
- If youâve got a second battery, test it with a different Aeroo charger.Â
- Or try another AI Flight Battery with your charger to rule out any issues.
