We understand the importance of receiving your Aeroo order safely and on time. Here's what to do if your package doesn’t go as planned.
If Your Package is Late
Most parcels arrive within 1–4 business days with express shipping, or between 2-6 business days for standard. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, please contact our support, and we'll follow up with the courier on your behalf.
If Your Package is Lost
All orders are insured until marked as delivered. If the courier confirms the parcel is lost in transit, we'll replace or reimburse your order.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
Our team will assess the situation and organize a replacement or refund promptly.
