Error Message: "The Battery Has a Large Cell Voltage Imbalance"

If you're seeing this message, it means your battery’s internal cells are slightly out of balance. This can happen over time as the battery works hard powering your Aeroo Pro. The good news? We'll get you back in the air quickly with a warranty replacement.

 

What Does This Error Mean?

The Aeroo Pro battery uses multiple internal cells that need to work together to stay balanced. If one cell’s voltage differs significantly from the others, the system flags this issue to prevent potential damage or safety risks.

 

Next Steps 

  1. Check Your Battery Health
  • Power on your drone and connect your phone to the remote.
  • Open the Aeroo Fly app.
  • Tap the cog icon in the top right.
  • Select Smart Battery.
  • Take a screenshot of the voltage readings under the bars.

 

  1. Send Us the Screenshot

Share your screenshot with us so that we can confirm the issue. You can email this information to support@us.aeroodrones.com or upload it as a file. 

 

  1. We'll Organize a Replacement

Once confirmed, we'll arrange a replacement under warranty.

Here's how it works:

  1. Print and fill out the return form we provide.
  2. Pack the battery and return form in a small box or satchel.
  3. Print and attach the pre-paid AusPost return label we sent you.
  4. Drop it off at your local Australia Post office.

 

  1. Priority Replacement

Once your battery is received and the condition is confirmed (no user damage), we will organize for a priority replacement to be sent back to you.
